If you are over 180cm tall, the weight limit is 115kg. Flyers over our standard weight limit but under 135kg may fly provided an experienced instructor is available to take the flight. Reservations may only be rescheduled under the same terms as the original reservation's pricing and applicable restrictions Within 48 hours and under of the booking time: As a courtesy, the experience provider may elect to reschedule but shall do at its sole discretion and may require the payment of an administrative fee No shows and late arrivals: Participants forfeit their experience and therefore are not entitled to a refund or to re-book Customers with repeated cancellations or no shows may lose flight privileges Numbers on the Day This voucher is valid for one person. Please be aware there may be up to 15 other people booked in your session. However, when you are in the flight chamber, it is only you and your instructor. Spectators Spectators are welcome and can watch you do your flight. Dress Code Please wear comfortable clothing with lace up shoes and a hair tie if you have long hair. Leave your jewellery at home as you will be asked to remove all of it.
